Jeremy coordinates and drives the firm’s number one priority: the health, happiness, and well-being of the clients. He is a steady and principled advocate for the firm’s clients and works tirelessly to ensure that justice is obtained.
A native of Houston, Texas, Jeremy has been practicing law since 2013. He started working at his father’s law firm where he gained hands-on experience early in his career. In 2019 Jeremy took over as the firm’s Managing Partner.
Jeremy is intensely focused on his clients’ health and well-being, and securing justice for all the firm’s clients, no matter the size or type of case. Jeremy leads the firm’s mission of providing personalized, hands on individual attention for every client He guides all of the firm’s clients through the medical, legal and insurance minefield so that he can achieve maximum results. Jeremy personally maintains regular contact with the firm’s clients.
Prior to his career in law and while in law school, Jeremy worked as a certified medical billing coder at a medical clinic in Houston, Texas. While there, he developed a keen knowledge of medical billing procedure and codes. Today, he uses that experience when working with medical providers, insurance companies, and Defendants’ medical and billing experts. He understands medical procedures and codes, providing an advantage in dealing with insurance adjusters and communicating with healthcare experts and juries when an insurer refuses to reasonably compensate the client.
Jeremy successfully resolves many of his cases without going to trial. But he is no stranger to the courtroom. Most cases settle with the client receiving the compensation deserved. However, should an insurer not step up and properly compensate his clients, he has and will take it to a jury no matter how big or small the case.
In his spare time Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife, Meghan, and their daughter Rachel, and playing golf. Jeremy is an avid Houston sports fan and also enjoys watching soccer, basketball, football and horse racing.
